WHAT YOU WILL LOVE ABOUT THE JOB

Be a Part of our 2026 Season Team!  You will be a SANFL Ambassador for promoting and delivering great Australian Football participation experiences to children and young people in a variety of settings and locations. Your role will include:

  • Deliver professional and fun Sporting Schools Programs across a variety of schools and diverse groups
  • Support the delivery of SANFL Schools Competition - an exciting primary school football program in terms 2 and 3.
  • Support the delivery of NAB AFL Auskick and NAB AFL Superkick programs.

We will love your energy and reliability.  Your passion for engaging children in sport will be always on display. We are committed to your development and supporting your success to deliver this role.  Applicants must be able to commit to the following dates to be considered for this role:

  • Monday 08 December 2025 - Interviews
  • Thursday 11 December 2025 – Induction
  • Thursday 22 January 2026 - Training

 Key Requirements

SANFL's commitment to safeguarding children and young people and compliance for working in school environments require Game Development Officers to hold the following credentials to be eligible:

  • DHS Working with Children clearance (must hold a current certificate prior to commencing in the role)
  • RHHAN mandatory notification accreditation (masterclass level) - more information available here
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Driver's License
