The Community Football Facility Auditor Supervisor role is a casual role within the Infrastructure and Government Relations department, responsible for overseeing the capturing and recoding of data on football facility provision and alignment to the AFL Preferred Community Facility Guidelines.  The Community Football Facility Auditor Supervisor will be responsible for the following:

  • Facility audits across the 380 football venues across South Australia with both data collection and photos
  • Liaising with local government and facility owners to obtain required data 
  • Accurate reporting on data collection
  • Providing guidance and supervision to the Community Football Facility Auditor
  • Positive contribution to team and organisational culture with a Team First approach

A BIT ABOUT YOU

You will be a dynamic and well organised administrator who can supervise and support the Community Facility Auditor, ensuring consistent data collection is undertaken.  You will provide day to day guidance and monitoring of the scheduled visits to ensure audits are completed in a timely manner.

 Qualifications

  • DHS Working with Children Check
  • Current South Australian Drivers License

 

Essential Criteria

  • Ability to support team members using clear communication and guidance
  • Ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail
  • Familiarity with football and general knowledge of football facilities (preferred)

 

Key Competencies

  • Confident use of windows based laptop, email and browser baes data entry system
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong Sense of accountability and reliability
  • Flexibility in work schedule to suit access to facilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong administration and scheduling skills
  • High-level communication skills, both written and verbal
